I was over on my oil cahnge milage and called to get my car in the same day. They were able to do it and had it done earlier than they had promised!

Got tires changed and in the past oil change, gaslines replaced, brake lines replaced, with what was better than what was on my car to begin with. Thumbs up to these mechanics.

They don't try and strong arm you into having something done that is unnecessary. They just let you know what you may need now, or in the near future, and let you decide what you want them to do. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. They always provide good service. They keep you informed as to the status of your car. When I hadn't picked up my car on a Saturday evening before closing, they called to see if I needed them to leave the keys and the bill at their convenience store for pickup on Sunday. When there was a manufacturer problem with the alignment on my Rondo, the service manager searched the internet to find a solution. They are the best.

I got in for an oil change and NYS inspection. Lou's mechanic got me in at 7:30am and out before 8:30 so that I could get to work. Great service. Good honest people. My car runs great.

I've never been disappointed with the service at Lou's. When I leave my car for the day, the team there keeps me informed throughout the day on the progress of repairs. They go the extra mile to ensure the car is ready when they say it will be. And fixing things right the first time is std. procedure for them. Their tire prices are very competitive too. I use shop around, now I know I don't need to. Saves time - gives peace of mind.
