I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. They always provide good service. They keep you informed as to the status of your car. When I hadn't picked up my car on a Saturday evening before closing, they called to see if I needed them to leave the keys and the bill at their convenience store for pickup on Sunday. When there was a manufacturer problem with the alignment on my Rondo, the service manager searched the internet to find a solution. They are the best.

I got in for an oil change and NYS inspection. Lou's mechanic got me in at 7:30am and out before 8:30 so that I could get to work. Great service. Good honest people. My car runs great.

I've never been disappointed with the service at Lou's. When I leave my car for the day, the team there keeps me informed throughout the day on the progress of repairs. They go the extra mile to ensure the car is ready when they say it will be. And fixing things right the first time is std. procedure for them. Their tire prices are very competitive too. I use shop around, now I know I don't need to. Saves time - gives peace of mind.
