Lou is the best . I had a discrepancy on my CarFax report which had the wrong odometer reading on it . I called Lou to help with this mistake and he got on it right away. Within days carfax was fixed and allowing the correct details to be shown . Lou is a man that knows how to get things done . Highly recommend Lou for any car related issues.

After a long time looking for a shop to complete a head gasket replacement for our daughter Lou's accepted to take a look at it. Very professional from the beginning and outstanding communication throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured throughout the process and after picking up the vehicle it is running just as good if not better than when it was purchased. No matter where you live in the Syracuse area you owe it to yourself to give them a chance to take care of your vehicle needs. 5 star service from start to finish.

I've been using Lou's for a couple of years since I moved up to Baldwinsville. I've always found all the service people to be knowledgeable and courteous. I was never afraid to trust what they told me. This year my car was due for inspection and I took it to a local chain service station, thinking it would be a simple thing. They failed it, saying I needed a catalytic converter. So back I went to Lou's who reinspected it and found it within the guidelines to pass. Very minor cost compared to a catalytic converter. Frank George was so friendly and courteous when I picked up my car. He explained what they did and even brought it up to the door for me. I love this place - the first car care center I can trust to tell it like it is honestly. Thank you. P.S. Their new waiting room is large, clean and comfortable. They have shuttle service if you need it for longer appointments, but the waiting room is very agreeable if you want to wait.

Car was running rough, didn't like the way the car was working. It lacked power and I was not comfortable driving it. After Lou's worked on it, it's running like a top! Definitely the place to have your car serviced! Great staff to work with!

These are some of the most helpful and genuine people I’ve ever met! We were going a trip to Niagara falls on the I-90 West and experienced a parking brake issue. We stopped by Lou’s Car Care Center just before they closed. Frank George was very kind enough to immediately check the car without any prior appointment. They disassembled the parking brake system, diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue instantly. They also provided the service as a courtesy.
