Recommended by a family friend and while it’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, I am more than happy to pay the difference for the quality of service Lou’s provides. They are so thorough with their explanations and are always patient with me as someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Friendly, helpful, and great communication every time.
