Through out the negotiation process I found Lou professional, patient, polite, honest, responsive and accommodating. He listened to my concerns, provided satisfactory solutions and answered endless questions many times responding off hours (that in itself spoke volumes). When Lou says absolutely no pressure he means it (he didn’t bug me once when I told him I needed time to consider the purchase). Finally, unable to decide I told Lou I would make the 150 mile trip to inspect the car and I would let him know if I wanted to proceed with the sale or not. I also asked if I decided to buy the car could any remaining work be completed the same day so I wouldn’t have to make another trip to pick up the car. Upon arrival I found Lou had inspected the car and started some of the remaining work at his own risk since he did not know for sure if I was going to buy the car however he started work first thing in the morning as a convenience to me to ensure that the car could be delivered while I was in town. I ended up buying the car, the paperwork process orderly, quick and efficient -- no surprises. What more could I ask, if I could give Lou 6 stars I would!
