Appointment was confirmed quickly. I was even early for my appointment and they greeted me by name when I arrived. Oil change done while I waited and also informed my I had a tail light out. Fixed it right there and off I went. Quick, courteous, and always great work. We have been coming to Lou's for over 5 years now and still counting.

I am made to feel at home and very special. The mechanics do excellent work and the customer service reps are friendly and know cars! The price is a little high but that is because Lous provides quality car service! Lous has been a part of our community for years, and I glad their here!

Happy with the worked preformed. I thought the air filter was a little expensive but worth it to save me from trying to get the right one.
