As always, the car my car and I receive is excellent.

I've priced around for tires and Lou's beat the local competition. I could have bought tires on-line but by the time you pay shipping, mounting, balancing, your not much money ahead. I figure, better to keep a couple extra dollars in the local economy. Besides that, everyone at Lou's is very personable and they go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied and alert you if you have any problems you were not aware of - like, "Did you know your NYS inspection has expired, shall we take of that for you?" Wow, thanks - good save! Lou's os great!

Once again we had a great experence at Lou's, I would definatly recomend you getting your car serviced at Lous.

they still made fun of me and they promised homemade pizza....but when i asked where the pizza was they said take a trip over too pizza hut...:)

I've entrusted the care of my car with Lou's Car Care for years. I am truly confident that they look out for me re the safety of my car in that I travel a lot and have my grandchildren with me often. Lou shows and explains whatever repairs that have to be made. To me, that shows the honesty and reliability offered by Lou's Car Care.

Lou's Care care is by far the best auto shop in all of Central New York. I'm comparison to the other shops that I have been to, Lou's has always been cheap, efficient, timely, and most importantly, they always recognize me and ask me how I've been.

I have never had a poor or unsatisfactory experience.
