Appointment was confirmed quickly. I was even early for my appointment and they greeted me by name when I arrived. Oil change done while I waited and also informed my I had a tail light out. Fixed it right there and off I went. Quick, courteous, and always great work. We have been coming to Lou's for over 5 years now and still counting.

Nino runs the body shop, and let me tell you for years now I have always gone to him with any of my vehicles and most recently when someone hit my 2011 Chevy Impala and dented the bumper. Nino's body shop put her back to just like brand new. GREAT service!!!!!!!!!!!!
