Lou jr. is showing more and more gray around the temples, must be from having to work with Randy and Luigi
For the most part I was pleased, with the exception of one portion. The engine light was not cleared. It still reminds illuminate. Beside that service was great.
My car has been acting up for a few weeks now. Randy the tech was so great on calling me and keeping me posted as to how far along they were in my repair. Thanks to them giving me a loaner, i didnt worry. Great service!

Two thumbs up. Lou's staff is very courteous. They go out of their way to make the customer feel at home. I had a repair done and the price for parts and service was very reasonable. That's why I have found a new place to take my vehicles for service.
The visit was fine and they did good work and the price was just a bit over estimate because of the labor. I was ok with that and the truck was repaired. Happy with the work
I was recently stranded at a gas station - my car wouldn't start. It only took one call to Lou's to get a tow, get back to Lou's and have the problem diagnosed and fixed. Only too a couple hours. Meanwhile, I used their internet to check my e-mail and facebook. Everyone is very pleasant and efficient. And the body shop is also the best.
This was my first visit and it won't be my last. Friendly, courteous service, and for the first time, I was given a check list of what was done and what condition my car was in! In the vernacular: AWESOME! Thanks so much...see you in 6000 miles!
