Once again we had a great experence at Lou's, I would definatly recomend you getting your car serviced at Lous.
they still made fun of me and they promised homemade pizza....but when i asked where the pizza was they said take a trip over too pizza hut...:)
I've entrusted the care of my car with Lou's Car Care for years. I am truly confident that they look out for me re the safety of my car in that I travel a lot and have my grandchildren with me often. Lou shows and explains whatever repairs that have to be made. To me, that shows the honesty and reliability offered by Lou's Car Care.
Lou's Care care is by far the best auto shop in all of Central New York. I'm comparison to the other shops that I have been to, Lou's has always been cheap, efficient, timely, and most importantly, they always recognize me and ask me how I've been.
I have never had a poor or unsatisfactory experience.

I was over on my oil cahnge milage and called to get my car in the same day. They were able to do it and had it done earlier than they had promised!
Got tires changed and in the past oil change, gaslines replaced, brake lines replaced, with what was better than what was on my car to begin with. Thumbs up to these mechanics.

I have gone to a number of car service places and I am so please with Lou's. Their detailing is impeccable, and their service is top notch. They don't try and strong arm you into having something done that is unnecessary. They just let you know what you may need now, or in the near future, and let you decide what you want them to do. Thank you for being the honest service station that we all love.
