I had an oil change, NYS inspection, and Snow tires installed. Service was quick, prices were reasonable, and Lou was very friendly. The waiting room was clean and offered complementary coffee.

Brought my 2005 Honda Civic in for my scheduled service and an issue that I had been experiencing with my transmission. Unfortunately when Lou's called l was told that my transmission needed replacement. However, Lou's staff went the extra mile. They found that Honda had actually extended the remaining warranty on my model Honda and told me that the repairs will be covered in full by Honda. That would have costed me over $3500. I can't thank them enough for there honesty and great service.
