Here’s how it works: our certified technicians use tablets during inspections to carefully check your vehicle. They document their findings with detailed notes, pictures, and even graphics to highlight areas of concern.
Once the inspection is complete, the information is sent to our Service Advisors, who review and finalize the report. The result is a clear and easy-to-understand Vehicle Health Report with recommended next steps tailored to your car’s current needs. Finally, a Service Advisor will send you the VHR via text or email and schedule a time to discuss the report in detail. With our digital inspections and transparent communication, you’ll always feel informed and supported when it comes to your vehicle’s care.
