I took my car for inspection and oil change. I dealt with both Randy and Luigi who were very courteous, took my car on time by appointment, and dealt with me in a very professional manner. I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the neatness of the personnel. I was given an explanation of problems and a cost estimate of repairs that need to be done. Although I find their prices to be high (it always hurts to have to pay for repairs), I believe their work is thorough and makes me feel my vehicle is safe to drive, once they are finished. My father and mother used Lou's Car Care for many years for their service, and I will continue to take my car there.

I have been going to Lou's for a long time and they always seem to get it right the first time. They are professional and I like the fact that they respect the fact that even so I'm a female that generally knows what's wrong with the car before taking it in, they don't treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about.
