RESULTS OF SERVICE ARE EXCELLENT; RANDY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED MANY THINGS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS VERY WELL. ONE MINOR PROBLEM; I HAD TO CALL AT 4PM TO SEE IF MY CAR WAS READY AND THEN HAD TO CALL AGAIN AT 5:15; NEVER HAD BEEN TOLD CAR MIGHT NOT BE READY SAME DAY. WHEN I CALL THE FIRST TIME IT WAS IMPLIED BY LOU JR THAT IT MIGHT NOT BE READY...I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME LONG BEFORE 4PM TO SAY THERE MIGHT BE AN ISSUE IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO CAUSE A PROBLEM. THE CAR HAD BEEN DROPPED OF BEFORE 7AM THAT MORNING AND THERE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM UNLESS SOMETHING VERY SEVERE HAD OCCURRED THAT WAS NOT KNOWN PREVIOUSLY.
