Lou’s literally saved us thousands of dollars. In January of 2021 they did an inspection on our Ford Escape and noticed a water pump leak and suggested we take it back to the dealership. Lou’s told us we had 11 days left on the warranty. The dealer checked it out, and found the coolant had entered the engine, and they had to replace the engine block, the car had less than 40000 miles. No cost to us. Thanks guys!!!!!!
