Honest, thorough, care about getting the diagnosis right and communicate what’s going on in a consistent manner. Lou and his staff are very pleasant to work with. They don’t over charge and they provide loaners so that you can keep your life going while they look at and fix your vehicle.

I LOVE this car! Lou was very pleasant and easy to work with. I drove 2 hours to see and drive the advertised car. He was very up front on issues he was aware of and assured me the problems (all minor) identified on our visit would be corrected. The car was on consignment and he worked hard to get the seller to come to an acceptable price. Lou was true to his word and worked diligently to correct all the faults identified. I bought the car and would buy from Lou again.
I can't thank you enough. Not only is my headlight switch working without tape but my steering wheel is alot better, tighter. My turn signals make the clicking noise when turned on where the right turn signal worked but no clicking noise when used. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Thank-you. Take Care, Becky
