Lou's has been consistent providing good maintenance for both of my vehicles. They also provide 2 way door-to-door transportation which is much appreciated. The rewards program is a plus.

I am always very pleased with the service on my vehicle, especially with the scheduling and pick-up. I have only two very minor notes to pass along for your consideration: 1. There seems to be a smell of oil burning for a few days after each oil change. I think this may be from oil that may have accidentally been spilled on the exhaust manifold. I am hoping that this could be avoided in the future if at all possible. 2. My Royalty Rewards continues to show that I have only accumulated 67 points. This has been like that for some time.
