We’re searching for a skilled and motivated Medium Duty Technician who’s ready to step into something more- more leadership, more opportunity, more purpose.

You’ll work alongside exceptional leaders and teammates, contributing directly to the launch of our brand-new Fleet Center (opening 1/1/2026) and eventually help lead the medium-duty division.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles like ¾ ton and up, flatbeds, and box trucks.
• Lead and perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, suspension, drivability, diesel systems, DOT inspections, and more.
• Help shape workflows, mentor future technicians, and build the gold standard for fleet operations in Central NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet performance targets & metrics
• Collaborate with service advisors & team
• Maintain safety, compliance, and full documentation standards

What You Bring:

• 2–5+ years’ experience with medium-duty/fleet/diesel vehicles
• ASE certifications or path to mastery
• Leadership potential, team-first mindset, and high accountability
• NYS Inspector's Licenses- Groups 1& 2
