What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Lead complex diagnostics including NVH, drivability, and electrical systems
• Inspect vehicles, document findings, and guide repair planning
• Communicate diagnoses clearly with Service Advisors
• Support shop performance, productivity, and technician development
• Mentor and guide technicians through challenging repairs
• Work closely with the Production Manager to achieve team goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Master-level diagnostics (engine, transmission, suspension, HVAC, electrical, steering & brakes)
• Support workflow efficiency
• Promote safety, professionalism, and a positive shop culture
• Lead by example- every vehicle, every customer, every day

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Head or Lead Automotive Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills (NVH, wiring diagrams, advanced systems)
• ASE Certifications
• NYS Inspection License & Valid Driver’s License
• Leadership mindset with patience and professionalism
• Basic personal tools (we provide all heavy & specialty equipment)
