• Are an experienced Service Advisor who thrives on helping people

What You’ll Do:

• Be the primary point of contact for customers — from check-in to delivery
• Present maintenance, repair, and diagnostic estimates with clarity and confidence
• Build trust-based relationships that turn customers into lifelong fans
• Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure accurate timelines and expectations
• Uphold Lou’s standards for transparency, empathy, and excellence

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of automotive service advising & estimate writing experience
• Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and digital
• Comfort with shop software, tablets, and computers
• A growth mindset — always learning, always improving
• A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems
