Had new Michelins put on my 2007 VW Passat along with an alignment and oil change. Pricing on the high quality tires was very competitive and the other services were performed expertly as well. As an added bonus, I was given a courtesy car so I could go have breakfast while my car was being serviced. Another fine job performed at Lou's Car Care. Thanks for everything!

I can not possibly say enough good things about Lou's and their service. However, this review is to specifically tell you how amazing Rachel is. I don't have a lot of time to make phone calls when I'm at work, so she handled everything for me, from the scheduling to the estimate, all through email. When I was late going to pick up my car, she called to let me know they were closing and waited an extra 20 minutes for me. She is AWESOME! I recommend Lou's to everyone I know and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I brought my truck in for maintenance last week. Rachel and Carlo went over everything with me. Lou and all the staff at Lou's Car Care are excellent. They are honest and upfront, they always do great work, and are friendly and curteous. My wife and I are very satisfied taking our cars to Lou's.

My wife recently went on an eight hour trip with our three children in our vehicle that has 118,000 miles on it. The staff at Lou's Car Care are always knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I was scheduled to leave on a long trip one afternoon and while doing errands in the morning, a problem light came on. I called Lou's and they got my car in, determined it was a minor problem, and fixed it quickly.
