We've been going to Lou's Car Care for over 5 years now because they are trusting partners who not only take quality care of our car, but also take care of us. We believe in having a positive experience in customer service right from the start. The folks from Lou's Car Care have consistently given our car and us the time and attention necessary to help us to understand the problems, make repairs, and provide recommendations. We have used a few services there that they support, including detailing and towing, and continue to be more than satisfied with all. We tell everyone we know about their services and how happy we are we have them. Their genuineness and respect in engaging their customers is real, from the top on down.

Brought my 2005 Honda Civic in for my scheduled service and an issue that I had been experiencing with my transmission. Unfortunately when Lou's called l was told that my transmission needed replacement. However, Lou's staff went the extra mile. They found that Honda had actually extended the remaining warranty on my model Honda and told me that the repairs will be covered in full by Honda. That would have costed me over $3500. I can't thank them enough for there honesty and great service.

I think that the service is excelent at Lous, they are always so friendly & efficient! Keep up the good work!!

I have been to many places to have cars fixed but Lou's is the best place ever. Highly recommend that you try them the next time you need service or a car.
