I had to have AAA jump start my battery. The driver told me I would need a need a new battery. Lou's Car Care was on my way home. I stopped and they took care of replacing my battery right away. I don't think it took an hour. I have been doing business with them for 25 years. I would recommend their servics to any one.

They may not be the cheapest in town but you do get what you pay for and these guys know how to treat a customer. Randy thanks again for being upfront and always providing the best solution and returning the vehicle so quickly. You guys are awesome and you have a customer for life.

I was impressed with the honest evaluation of care my car needed and the honest end result.

I just had my car service for oil change and tire rotation. The service and work was outstanding. Coffee was nice an "hot" I was in and out in no-time. Great Job!

As always, friendly, attentive, and informative. And timely. I appreciate that, since I'm always on the run. It's great to have such a good car care shop right in town. In Dallas, where I used to live, it was a 45 min drive to my shop. Lou's feels much more neighborly!
