I thought I was going to need major transmission work, but I was happy to hear that it was a minor issue. I love that I can trust Lou's Car Care to give me an honest assessment of my vehicle!!

Came to Lou's for a simple winter/summer tire exchange but I know I got a lot more. With a high mileage car I really appreciate the care Lou takes checking everything to make sure we as safe as we can be. Thanks Jeff Averill

I brought my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. Needed an early appt & was in @ 7:30, out by 8:15! And the price! How do they do it for $24.95? Left happy and felt safe after they checked out the car. Five minutes after I left, I got a call from Luigi as I had left my coffee go-cup. That made my day! Thanks to all at Lou's.

My suv has 142K miles on it; well-mintained by Lou's Car Care. I recently needed a wheel bearing replaced. The mechanic, Carlo, worked very hard to replace the corroded bearing. His extra effort to remove the part saved me a lot of money. Had he given up, it would have opened up a can of worms. I would have had to replace the entire hub and additonal chassis parts, possibly costing over $1000. Great effort, great people. My car runs smooth.

Luigi got my wife's car in for an oil change and a checkup before she went on a trip. They got it right in on short notice and gave it a good checkup. It was good piece of mind to know that she had a safe car.

I was impressed with the superior customer service; the knowledge and explanation of each and everything they performed and the fact that they did not perform anything without my permission. Now granted, I went in for a new tire and the oil change with "The Works" coupon and spent twice what I had an appointment for, however, the issue that came up was explained thoroughly and the decision was up to me. Safety and my car running up to par is important to me and they all made me feel I was important enough to tell me what was wrong. So kudos to Jr, Randy, Luigi and whoever else helped me that day to feel comfortable and that I could TRUST them with what they were telling me and my repairs. I also referred a friend the same day for an oil change and they got her right in, keeping us on time for our next appt. and willing to wait for us past 6 to return to pick up my vehicle. I personally was referred by Baldwinsville passed mayor & current treasurer, and they knew "honesty & reasonable" was a must!

Always a pleasure with your service department. However, I think one minor item was missed. Not a big deal... just cosmetic. There's a plastic part under the passenger side dash, below the glove compartment that has been pulled down. It needs to be put back in place. I'm not sure the technician knew what I meant in my notes. We can deal with it next time I'm in. Have a wonderful day!

As always Superior Car service was provided at Lou's. The crew is always friendly and extremely cooperative in determining and correcting issues with my autos. I highly recommend Lou's for every aspect of auto repair.

Repair was explained clearly so I felt I could make a well thought decision on what needed to be done. As always, completed before the time scheduled.
