Great staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention patient in dealing with my warranty co. Special mention for Randy in helping me get everything done and finishing the work within the time frame he stated. I have had quotes for some work in the past that was less expensive, but had to deal with either crooked mechanics, horrible customer service, or both. None of this was evident at Lous'. I will gladly pay more if necessary to have the peace of mind that comes with having a job done well and receive service with a smile. Thank you guys.
