We have been in the area since 2010. All of our car care needs have been exclusively with Lou's. Their service, and level of professional care is outstanding. The whole business area and reception spaces are very neat and clean!
Went in for a water pump and timing belt. Got a loaner car and the staff was very friendly. While I was waiting for the loaner car my gf's son got a tour of the garage and he was very happy also. No hidden fees and helped me signed up for the reward program.
