The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority! We are following the necessary and required guidelines set in place by the CDC, New York State and Local Officials. Fully vaccinated customers, employees and vendors will no longer have to wear masks or facial coverings. "Fully vaccinated" means it has been two weeks since a person received the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Those not fully vaccinated will still be required to wear masks over their nose and mouth while inside the building. The CDC recommends unvaccinated individuals wear face coverings for their protection and for the safety of others.

Lou’s Car Care has increased our safety and sanitation protocols and a few precautions include:

Social Distancing signs and floor stickers outlining safe space between each person
Plexiglass guards on our Reception Counter protecting our customers and staff
Sanitizing vehicles before and after use by both our customers and employees
All door handles, counters, tables, seats, and pens will be cleaned throughout the business day

Loaner vehicles are still available by appointment only, depending on availability. There is limited seating available in our waiting room to comply with social distancing regulations.

If you are not comfortable entering the building, you may leave your vehicle in our parking lot during business hours (please call us to let us know the vehicle is here) and a member of our staff will prepare your vehicle for service. With our digital vehicle inspections, you can see what we see before the vehicle gets fixed. You may make payments by credit card over the phone to maintain distance. We will also make the proper arrangements on where to leave your invoice and keys upon pick up. For the safety of our staff and technicians, please remove any facial masks/ coverings from your vehicle before your service appointment.
